We currently deliver across India.

For international shipping, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as Shiprocket ,Delhivery, Bluedart,  and to ensure timely and safe delivery.

7. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and mobile number are accurate when placing your order.

Petal Shades is not responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen events:

- We will inform you proactively via call, message, or email.

- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery attempt may be made.

- If we are unable to fulfill delivery due to our error, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

9. Payment Modes

We accept Prepaid payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes and may include an additional handling fee.

10. Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all:

- Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

- Our team will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
