Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We will only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or wrong product was sent.
- A complete unboxing video is shared, starting from the sealed package to product reveal, without any cuts or edits.

Unboxing Video Requirement
- The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the outer packaging and the product inside.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Process for Return/Exchange
